Job Description:
Project Genesis, Inc. is currently seeking staff to deliver services as Independent Living Skills Trainers (ILST) within our Acquired Brain Injury Program.
Work one-on-one with individuals in Andover and Somers to help improve their ability to live independently in the community. Provide non-medical care, supervision, and socialization in accordance with the client’s service plan.
Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem Schedules Available. ILST positions available Days, Evenings, Weekdays, and Weekends.

Independent Living Skills Trainer Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Reliable transportation, good driving record, valid driver's license and proof of insurance
2 years' experience working with ABI with High School Diploma or Equivalent OR 1 year experience working with ABI with bachelor's degree, experience must be within the last 5 years (REQUIRED)
